Used Doug for a home inspection on my first home. He was extremely thorough and informative. Everything was explained in a very easy to understand manner, with advice on corrections and importance levels of each correction for the house.Very highly recommend using Doug for your home inspection. Great guy.

Doug is very professional, and extremely knowledgeable inspector. He was very thorough in his inspections. Explained me every shortcoming and maintenance needed items of the house. His suggestions for things to be looked for as a part of seasonal maintenance is very useful for a first time buyer like me.He actually helped me in understanding all the important things what we should look while buying a house and how to do periodic maintenance to keep the house in good shape.I will highly recommend him to the buyers to use him for the house inspection.

Everything about the service from the first call to book the appointment, to the time we first met, I was impressed with the professionalism and customer service. Would recommend at the first opportunity, and will certainly be calling again once we find a good rental property.
